We have moved to Teversham School on Sunday Mornings

As from Sunday 7 September 2014 we are now meeting on Sunday mornings at Teversham Church of England Primary School at 11.00am every week. We are very excited about this new chapter in Hope Community Church’s life and very thankful to the Headteacher and governors at the school for their co-operation in enabling us to use their excellent facilities for our church.

We needed to find larger premises because our chapel on the High Street – lovely though it is – is now just too small for our Sunday morning services and especially for our growing work among the children of all ages. We need more space for us all to worship together, learn from God’s Word and to continue to enjoy time getting to know one another better and sharing our lives over food after the service. All of this will be provided for once we have moved to the school.

Please come and see us in our new Sunday morning home. There will be enough space for everyone – young and old – to join us.

If you don’t know where the school is, you will find it at the top of the village next to the junction with the main road that runs alongside the airport and near the entrance to Lady Jermy Way.

But what about our chapel on the High Street? This will continue to be used for all our other weekly events – Sunday evening meetings, Little Hoppers, Classic Café and the rest… And watch out for even more events that will be taking place at the chapel in the months ahead for the whole of the local community to enjoy.

We look forward to welcoming you to the school on Sunday mornings. The service time remains the same – 11.00am. And if anyone needs a lift to get there, please email us and we will arrange this for you.
